Kenneth Joel Haber was a life-long Michigan resident until he moved in 1979 to the Washington DC area to join and help form the Office of Inspector General as it was in its infancy. In 1967, Mr. Haber had earned his B.A.from the University of Michigan and in 1970, he was awarded his J.D. from the same renown institution. Mr. Haber, who has experience as a Medicare fraud attorney, Medical Licensing Board attorney, Healthcare attorney, Healthcare lawyer, OIG attorney, litigation attorney, CMS attorney, NPD B attorney, DEA attorney, ZPIC attorney,civil rights attorney, Government contract attorney, White Collar Crime lawyer,compliance attorney, peer review lawyer, False Claims Act attorney, ADA attorney,anti-trust attorney, RICO attorney, Medical Credentialing attorney,Whistleblower attorney, among other skills, was admitted by t he Supreme Court of Michigan to its bar in 1970 and he was subsequently admitted to the bar of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan in 1971.
